User Levels


Can view lessons belonging to themselves and others, but they can only make changes to their own seating plans. It may be useful to assign a teacher account to cover staff who will then be able to view the seating plans of other staff using the search option but they will not be able to make any changes.


Have all admin privileges for lessons, so they can see and make changes to any seating plan or data but they cannot make changes to staff accounts.


Can make changes to areas concerning both lesson and staff information. They also have access to an admin area where they can update and amend data, change passwords and alter user levels.
