Changing Form/Tutor Group - May 2021
You can now change your Form/Tutor Group yourself by simply open the Staff Card (click on your name in the top left-hand corner of MINTclass).

Bulk Copy Plans V2 - 24th March 2021
We have just updated the Bulk Copy Plan - You can now copy ANY plan to ANY lesson. We really hope this helps.

Enhancement to Cortex
As an Admin user, you can now Manage all groups in school from within Cortex.

New Release 5.8 November 2020
COVID-19 Enhancements
With this new build, we have also included a couple of new features that we hope will assist schools with identifying students who may have sat 'near' someone who has had a positive COVID-19 test and also assist with replicating plans.
You can now download all plans for an individual student in the same way you could for a teacher, year, subject etc.

Bulk Copy Plans
Anyone with admin access to MINTclass can also copy a plan to all lessons in a day saving teachers time and ensuring plans remain the same lesson after lesson.

Bulk Change Result Sets
There is a new ‘Bulk change result sets’ button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
When you click on this you will see the new Bulk Change Result Sets screen.

Bulk Delete Room Templates
Select the template you wish to delete by clicking in the tick box just to the left of each template.

Remove 'On Report' Flag
If you do not want to use the ‘On Report’ alert in MINTclass you can now switch this off. Log in as an admin user and navigate to Cortex - Misc - School Settings.

Any student marked in SIMs as ‘on report’ will now have the banner ‘ON REPORT’ under their picture.

Print Conduct Reports
Printing reports
Select any report and the print button will be visible in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click on PRINT to print the report.

Bulk assign Master Templates
Log into MINTclass as an admin user and navigate to Cortex - Misc
Now click on the new Manage Templates button

Conduct Notifications
Sometimes it's important that certain members of staff are notified when a particular conduct event is created. We have added staff email notifications to the Write Back module.
You need the Writeback module to access this. If you would like further information on the Writeback module please email sales@tucasi.com or click HERE.
Log in as an Admin user and navigate to Cortex Configuration and then click on the new Conduct Notification button.

New Release 5.4 March 2019

Printing Class Card
We have, after receiving many requests, added the ability to print that screen. Simply open the class card and then click on the Print button in the top right-hand corner. You can still download the entire class card to Excel.
This will open the Print screen in a new window allowing you to continue using MINTclass. When you are ready to print, click on the PRINT button in the top right-hand corner of the print screen.

Printing Individual Student SEN information
You can now print an individual students Strategy from within MINTclass. Click on the student name to open the student profile then click on the Strategies Tab.
Next, click on the new PRINT button in the top right-hand corner of the student profile. This will open the Strategy print screen in a new tab so you can continue to use MINTclass.

Additonal Behaviour Reports
Additions to Behaviour Reports - March 2019
We are constantly adding to our Behaviour and Achievement reporting repository and after receiving a number of requests for ‘date range' filter, Achievement or Behaviour only filter we have added these to this build. There are more to come so keep an eye out for further releases this year.

CORTEX - Student Search
Type the name of the student in the Name field and click on Search
As you can see you can type all or part of the student name to allow you to restrict your results more thoroughly.

Additional Stratagies
You will now see these additional features when you click on the Edit Strategy icon for a student.

School Defined Colour Tagging
Go to Cortex - Configuration - Colour Tagging Setup
Click in the Global tick box next to each colour you wish to set at School Level then simply type the name for the colour.
