We have built a completely new, innovative, powerful reporting system for MINTclass and the new Detentions Module is just phase one of this!  You really need to have a go to really experience its full potential.

Clicking on the Reports tab on the left-hand side you will see a numerous new options.  

 

Click on any of the report types and you will see graphs. This can be changed to suit your school preferences using the filters available on the right-hand side.  This makes this reporting module extremely powerful allowing pretty much any reporting a school requires. 

 

By default you're shown the total of that report however on the left-hand side above the graph you can click to overtime, this will show you, by default month on month but you have the option to look at days, weeks and even years. The graphs are linked to the filters on the right-hand side of the screen so you always get the information you requested.

You can clear individual filters as necessary and of course Clear All Filters does just that!

You can print any of these reports using the print button in the top right-hand corner of the screen and or you can export the information via CSV. Please note that the CSV export will only export the data it won't export the graphs etc.

At the bottom of the screen under the graph, you will be shown your filtering data so it will give you the dates and totals based on the filters you selected above.
