The frequency of the data update depends entirely on how often your school submits the information into the MINTclass system. The majority of our schools use an automatic extraction tool.

Almost always, the data will be refreshed every day, overnight between 12AM - 6AM, however your school may have requested a different frequency for the update in case it conflicts with back-ups or other server processes.

Some of our schools upload their data via CSV files - in this case the data will only be as up to date as the last CSV file that was uploaded.

If you require your data updating, then please inform the person responsible for MINTclass at your school.
