To search for a class, click the lessons tab on the sidebar and then select the appropriate search options using the drop-down menus and data entry box.

For example, if you searched for all year 8 classes (as left) then you are presented with a list on the sidebar of all classes that meet these criteria. You can then select a class from the list and view their seating plan.

This function is particularly useful for cover teachers who can use this search to view the seating plan of a class they are covering and those carrying out class observations.

Your user level within MINTclass determines if you can or cannot make changes to other seating plans.  If you need access to change someone else's plans you can either Request Editing Rights to a plan or ask your MINTclass administrator to change your access level.  For more information about user levels click here.
