Room Types define how many seats a room template can hold.  The default is 12 X 12, allowing you to create a room with up to 144 seats.

If for example, you have a room where you need a row of 15 seats you will need a larger room type.  

If you require a larger room type, then you will need to contact support@MINTclass.com as this cannot be done in school.
