Markbooks
Markbooks is an additional module that you can purchase to compliment MINTclass.

Markbooks allows you to create simple Markbooks to record student grades, teacher comments and much more. The data entered into these Markbooks can then be exported from MINTclass as a CSV file.

Login to MINTclass and then click on the Markbooks module at the top of the screen.

You will see that all of your classes have been pulled over automatically and are displayed on the sidebar on the left hand side of the screen. You can create a different Markbook for each class if necessary.

Click on the class that you want to create a Markbook for and you will see a screen similar to the one below.

You will now see all of the grades that your school has chosen in MINTclass pre populated. You can choose which grades you wish to see here as well as choosing which data you wish to see about the students in that class.

Rename the Markbook by clicking in the arrow to the right of the text 'FIRST MARK SHEET' and selecting Rename. Type the new name of the Mark sheet and click on the save button, which looks like a big green tick.

You can now see the grades that have been selected by your school and you can add additional columns to the Markbook by clicking on the Add Column icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Give your new column a name by typing over the text -NEW- which appears at the top of the new column.

Exporting Data
