Login Attempts
There is now a feature in Cortex that allows Admin staff the ability to see the reason for failed login attempts.
This means solutions can be found quickly to login problems and persistent login failures a thing of the past. The Login Attempts button can be found in Cortex under the Staff tab.
If you are having problems logging into your account you should contact someone at your school who is responsible for the administration of MINTclass or get in contact the support team.

Within the Login Attempts area, you will see the last 100 login attempts. Where there was a failed login in you will see the reason and a possible solution. If a problem persists contact the support team.
