Login Problems
Website Address and Login not working?
The person at your school responsible for MINTclass will be able to clarify the website address and your login information. Please remember there is no 'www' at the beginning of the website address.

Password not working?
You may find you have problems logging in if you have left the MINTclass log in screen inactive for five minutes or more. This will result in the system informing you that you have been timed out. Refresh your browser and then log in.

However, the most common cause of error here is actually an incorrect password. Often users change their passwords and then forget. If you forget your password you can reset it by clicking on the I've forgotten my Password on the login page.

You seem to be logging in from outside school
This happens when the schools IP addresses change from the ones your school has specified in MINTclass or you are actually logging in from outside school.  When you see this error message you will need to use 2FA to log in.

If you see this message when you are in school please contact your MINTclass administrator in school who can get this resolved by entering the correct IP address into the admin side of MINTclass.
