Linking Lessons
Linking Lessons means that you can link your seating plans for classes that you teach more than once in your timetable.
Creating links between the seating plans for the same class means you only have to create the seating plan once, and any changes are reflected across all the times you teach that class.
It works on the principle that you select the 'Master' class, ideally the first time you see that class in the timetable, then all of the other classes will link to that one master.
Just click on the Manage Links button in Overview to see the classes in your timetable that can be linked.

Once you have clicked on the button, if you are starting a new group of linked classes, then ensure you have selected the first class you wish to link and click on Make the current lesson a MASTER.
If you already have linked lessons, your list of linked class groups will be displayed, showing the Master lesson highlighted in green with 'Master' on the end.
The list of lessons that can be linked to the master lesson are shown in a list below the master (as above).
To link or unlink a lesson, click on the lesson name.
The bar will display green for a linked lesson and grey for unlinked lessons. At times, you may have the same class in the same room but you may not wish to link it.
When you are finished, close the pop-up.
Please Note: The choices of three versions you have in your 'Master Link' will also be copied over in the lessons linked to it.
