Lesson A - Resetting staff
If staff have not set up 2FA which will enable them to use MINTclass from outside of school and they cannot return to school to set this up themselves as an Admin user you can re-set their account to enable them to set this up outside of school.

Log into MINTclass as an Admin user and go to Cortex - Main - Staff Admin
Locate the member of staff and click on either of the icons below:

This will then bring up the 'Activate Staff' screen.

Click the Send Email to tick box then ensure you select the Clear 2FA choice which will then allow staff to select a 2FA!
Click on Yes Please and you are all done.
Staff will the get an activation email and they can follow the on-screen prompts.
