The student and staff photographs that you have within your schools MIS will be imported into MINTclass during the setup process and once a week thereafter.

However, there may be times you have a new student at your school or you simply need to update a student photo, in which case you can upload pictures yourself. You should ensure that you upload a photo and not a folder in JPG or PNG format. It is also important to make sure the photo is titled as the student admission number in the same format as the other student photos uploaded.
