When you log into MINTclass as an Admin user from 20th June 2023 you will see the EoY process screen.  This screen will remain until you complete it.  You can also access this screen from Cortex - Misc - End of Year.

The screen below shows you are default wipe settings.  If these settings do not apply to your school please scroll down and select I'd like to customise what to wipe, please. 

Please make sure you read the screen in detail before making your selection as your choices will determine how MINTclass treats your school's data on the 1st of August 2023

Below you can customise how MINTclass will be wiped.  Please read all the options carefully whilst making your selection. 

NOTE: If you have moved to your new TT already and will use this TT in September, you will probably need to select - Do Not Wipe Anything, but please complete the text box so we can understand why and advise where necessary.
