Changing Templates
To begin changing a template, click the Change Template button in the overview tab.
Select your new template from the list of templates available or search for it by name using the search box provided.
A warning will then appear (as shown below) that asks you if you are sure you want to change your template. To change your template click OK.
This will delete your previous seating plan and there is no undo button.
The template will change around the students. They will remain on the same seat number, their position may change if the template seating positions differ.
Please Note: The template you change to must be big enough to seat all the pupils in the class. If a template is too small it will indicate this by being highlighted in Red.
