Changing your Password
You will be asked to change your password when you log into MINTclass for the very first time.
To change it after this, click on your name in the top left-hand side of the screen. This will open your Staff Card where you will see an option for Security at the top of the card.
Click on this and then continue to click on the Change Password option under 'Password security'.
What if I can't log in to change my password?You will be asked to change your password when you log into MINTclass for the very first time.

Click on this and then continue to click on the Change Password option under 'Password security'.
You will then be asked to enter your new password.
When you have typed in your new password, and it matches the strength set by your school's security settings, you will be asked to re-type it and save your new password.
If you have forgotten your password simply navigate to your school's MINTclass and click the I have forgotten my password button.
I know my password and my schools URL but I still cannot access MINTclass
If you are sure you have entered the correct password and you see the error message below, it could be that you haven't logged in for so long that MINTclass has reset your account in accordance with your school's MINTclass security policy.
In this case, you will need to email your school's MINTclass administrator and ask them to reactivate your account for you.
