Lesson Two - Login Errors
From time to time, staff will have problems logging in to MINTclass. These can be for a number of reasons - forgotten passwords, an incorrect URL, network issues etc. In the previous lesson, we looked at password resets and logging in as that member of staff. We will now look at how MINTclass stores these errors and possible solutions.

In Cortex, click on the Main tab and then on to Login Attempts.

On this screen, you can see the last 100 login attempts. You can see who has successfully logged in as well as those who have not been able to log in and possible reasons as to why.
There are 23 different error codes in total, most error codes will have a possible solution or an explanation next to them. More complex error codes will need to be examined by our Support Team.
