As you are aware you have been able to add existing lessons to your Time Table for some time and you have also been able to create ad-hoc groups.  We have now added the functionality which will enable you to add those ad-hoc groups to your Time Table.

Once you have logged into MINTclass you will need to click on Full Timetable on the left hand side of the screen.

 

Once you have clicked on full Timetable you will see your timetable.  Click on a period that you wish to display the group in

You can now select the group that you wish to add to your timetable, click on Add This Lesson to My Timetable.  The Group will now be displayed on your timetable on the left hand side of the screen and you can treat it like a normal lesson and create a seating plan for the new group.
